When equipment failure occurs, an alarm response mechanism can be achieved through SMS, WeChat, APP push notifications, phone calls, etc. The time and content records of the alarm can be viewed through web pages, WeChat, and the APP. Additionally, alarms can be manually confirmed and recorded.
The EMCP platform provides users with open API interfaces for third-party software and systems to access device information, real-time data, historical data, alarm data, as well as read and write operational data on the platform, while users can also develop third-party applications through the Open API.
No need to install any software. Any computer connected to the internet can open the web page and log in to the EMCP IoT cloud platform to complete data creation and configure the device operation interface. There are rich controls and graphics libraries. After configuration is completed, the device configuration screen can be displayed through the computer web page, mobile app, or WeChat by logging in with the account.
The EMCP platform is capable of performing big data analysis on collected data, enabling analysis of single device with multiple data, multiple devices with multiple data, and multiple devices with single data. It displays equipment operation status using graphical controls such as reports, bar charts, pie charts, line charts, and maps. It can be used for basic big data functions such as energy consumption analysis, equipment operation efficiency statistics, and fault statistics.
When creating a device, its geographic location can be determined. Alternatively, a G-MOUSE positioning module can be attached to a DTU to enable real-time location tracking and historical movement tracking. Basic device information can be viewed on a map and the device monitoring page can be accessed directly.
Record and view information on device name, model, purchase date, service life, depreciation period, serial number, and technical data. Generate maintenance and upkeep work orders, as well as establish inspection plans based on device malfunction reasons and operation plans.
