Multiple types of accounts can be created through functional and data permissions (such as engineer, operator, maintenance personnel, factory manager, supervisor, etc.), and operation logs are generated for important operations (such as parameter settings, equipment start/stop).
When the equipment malfunctions, it can realize alarm response mechanisms such as SMS, WeChat, APP push notifications, and phone calls. The time and content records of the alarms can be viewed through web pages, WeChat, and APP. At the same time, the alarms can be manually confirmed and recorded.
The EMCP platform provides open API interfaces for users, allowing third-party software and systems to access device information, real-time data, historical data, alarm data, and read-write operation data on the platform. Users can also develop third-party applications through Open API.
Without the need to install any software, any computer connected to the internet can access the web page of the EMCP IoT cloud platform to complete data creation and device operation screen configuration. There are abundant controls and image libraries available. Once the configuration is completed, the device configuration screen can be displayed through a computer web page, mobile app, or WeChat by logging in to the account.
The EMCP platform can perform big data analysis on the collected data, enabling analysis of multiple data from a single device, multiple data from multiple devices, and single data from multiple devices. It displays device operating conditions through graphical controls such as reports, bar charts, pie charts, line charts, and maps. It can be used for basic big data functions such as energy consumption analysis, device operating efficiency statistics, and fault statistics.
